RCube is a small business consisting of 9  employees (with a customer base of 5 large and  35 small to medium sized customers) based in  Wetherill Park NSW, that provides IT asset  disposition (ITAD) services throughout Australia.

Through the third-party partnership, RCube can  provide nationwide servicing and transportation  of client assets back to the Wetherill Park Head  Office for E-Waste processing.

RCube Solutions P/L is firmly committed to a  policy enabling all work activities to be carried  out safely, and with all possible measures taken  to remove (or at least reduce) risks to the health,  safety and welfare of workers, contractors,  authorised visitors, and anyone else who may be  affected by our operations.

RCube Solutions P/L employees are engaged in  activities other than on the company premises,  the employees undertake these activities in  accordance with the Occupational/Work Health &  Safety Act, respective codes, regulations,  compliance codes & codes of practice, statutory  requirements and local by-laws relevant to the  nature of the work being undertaken ensuring the  health and safety RCube’s employees and  general public.

  • Implementing safe systems of work and annually  monitor to verify compliance 
  • Utilising suitably competent personnel to achieve  performance requirements and commitments 
  • Training employees to meet workplace health and  safety responsibilities, gain levels of competency,  achieve compliance with legislative requirements,  and meet safety standards for tasks performed
  • Communicating and consulting with workers on  this policy and in the development, implementation  and promotion of safe systems of work

Individuals are Responsible for:

  • Comply with safe work practices according to  provided training, with the intent of avoiding injury  to themselves and others and damage to plant and  equipment  
  • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of  themselves and others  
  • Wear personal protective equipment and clothing  where necessary  
  • Comply with any direction given by management  for health and safety  
  • Not misuse or interfere with anything provided for  health and safety  
  • Report all accidents and incidents on the job  immediately, no matter how minor  
  • Report all known or observed hazards to their  supervisor or manager.

  • Annually reviewing this ohs policy, ensuring that it  is relevant and appropriate to the organisation 
  • We seek the co-operation of all workers, customers and other persons. We encourage suggestions for  realising our health and safety objectives to create a safe working environment with a zero-accident rate.  
  • This policy applies to all business operations and functions, including those situations where workers are  required to work off-site.
